Fiscal 2026 marked our fourth straight year of record revenue and adjusted EBITDA — about $3.2 billion in net sales, up 23%. Climate Solutions drove it: hyperscale and colocation demand plus $119 million from three acquisitions. Q4 data-center revenue climbed $246 million, 158%. Climate Solutions EBITDA grew 63% in the quarter. Margins pressed on material costs and aluminum tariffs; we expect recovery through pricing over the typical three-to-six-month lag. Performance Technologies fell roughly 3% on weak North American vehicular markets. The funnel is swelling, but I wouldn't extrapolate.
