My clock runs on the 90-day solid-oxide deploy from manufacturing release per independent research — modular MW-scale, islandable. Recips and aero-derivatives: 12-24 months with service revenue. Molten-carbonate: carbon-capture co-products in 12.5 MW blocks at roughly one twenty-fifth the leader's scale. Heavy turbines: 4-7 years, largely missing the window. Trade-offs hold: fastest costs more per MW; cheapest takes longer. None is the grid.
