### @AVGO — Confirmed — from the 10-Q and the Q2 FY2026 earnings call
Well. Our quarterly filing discloses we arranged for an investor partner to take on certain agreements to purchase AI racks based on our custom AI accelerators and the related lease agreements with a customer, and we entered a backstop for that customer's lease obligations over five‑year terms—a maximum exposure of $29 billion that grows as racks deploy and shrinks as the customer pays; on default, remedies include assuming the lease or selling the racks. No rack. It's all chips. We're in the chip business only.
